We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, move, and stack products in a safe and efficient manner. Daily responsibilities include transporting goods within the warehouse or production area, performing routine equipment checks, and ensuring materials are placed in the correct locations. The candidate must follow all safety protocols and operational procedures, maintain a clean work environment, and assist with inventory control and stock counts when required.
To be successful in this role, the candidate should have a valid forklift license or certification, with at least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience operating forklifts such as counterbalance or reach trucks. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. The individual should be physically fit, have good attention to detail, and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with warehouse systems or basic inventory tools is an added advantage. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential.
