Job Title: Manager – Forex Risk Analyst / Consulting

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Manager – Forex Risk Analyst to join our advisory consulting team. This is a client-facing, high-engagement role that focuses on delivering value-driven FX risk management strategies to corporates. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of currency markets, financial instruments, and a consultative approach to client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

FX Risk Advisory & Strategy

• Deliver high-quality FX market advisory services to corporate clients, helping them protect and optimize their exposure to currency risk.
• Analyze client business models, risk exposures, and treasury mandates to formulate tailored FX risk management strategies.
• Translate market views into actionable hedging or trading recommendations aligned with client objectives.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary market risk support partner for assigned clients.
• Maintain regular communication with clients (daily, fortnightly, monthly, as agreed).
• Take end-to-end ownership of client relationships, including:
• Service delivery
• Invoicing and account renewals
• Fee upgrades
• Relationship deepening and cross-selling

Sales & Service Delivery

• Drive client acquisition by targeting corporates exposed to currency risk or seeking expert consultation on market risk.
• Support the delivery and promotion of Mecklai’s full suite of services:
• FX Advisory
• Treasury Policy Formulation & Review
• Hedge Accounting & Quarterly Derivative Valuation
• Online MIS
• Treasury Tech Solutions
• Work closely with the internal team to convert analyst-generated leads into active clients, with support from your reporting manager when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per month
