Job Description

Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Collaborate with other teams to design and implement security solutions that meet our business needs. Stay up to date on the latest security threats and technologies and recommend appropriate countermeasures. Ensure firewall implementation and troubleshooting tickets are closed within SLA. Be the main contact for clients, offering expert guidance on network security best practices within a SASE/SSE framework. Lead and support a team of network security professionals, helping them execute security plans effectively. Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security policies. Manage relationships with security vendors and service providers to ensure the best security solutions are in place. Develop and track security metrics to measure the effectiveness of security measures and report on the security posture to senior management Develop and enforce network security policies and standards to ensure compliance with regulations. Regularly assess our security measures and recommend improvements as needed. Willingness to work from the Bangalore office as required. Willingness to work on rotational and weekend on-calls. Help evaluate and choose new security products and technologies to enhance our security. In the event of a network multiuser incident, promptly join the call to resolve the issues and provide a detailed, chronological write-up of the multiuser outage. Manage and maintain our network security tools, including: Must Have: Panorama & Palo Alto Zscaler Vectra AI NDR Forescout NAC Algosec & Compliance SSE / SASE. Good to Know: Checkpoint Forcepoint
