Job Title: Foreman – Machine Maintenance & Repair

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Setup & Die Setting
• Production शुरू होने से पहले machines पर die set करना।
• Line setup को check करना और ensure करना कि machine ठीक तरह से aligned हो।
• Machine Maintenance (रख-रखाव)
• Daily, Weekly और Monthly maintenance schedule के अनुसार machines की servicing करना।
• Mechanical, Electrical और Hydraulic issues को timely identify और resolve करना।
• Spare parts की requirement identify करना और report देना।
• Machine Repair (मरम्मत कार्य)
• Breakdown होने पर तुरंत troubleshoot और repair करना।
• Root cause analysis करना ताकि future breakdowns को रोका जा सके।
• Team Supervision (टीम प्रबंधन)
• Maintenance technicians और helpers की team को guide करना।
• Safety norms और quality standards का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।
• Record Keeping (रिकॉर्ड मेंटेन करना)
• Machine history, breakdown reports और maintenance log अपडेट करना।
• Spare parts consumption का रिकॉर्ड रखना।

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
