Foreman Mistri For Civil Construction

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities at the site.
• Assign duties to masons, carpenters, laborers, and other tradesmen.
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain proper records of labor attendance, material usage, and work progress.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure safety and compliance.
• Monitor material inventory and inform the site engineer for any shortages.
• Solve on-site issues and ensure smooth work progress.
• Report daily progress to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in construction or civil works.
• Strong knowledge of masonry, formwork, concreting, plastering, and finishing work.
• Ability to read basic plans and layouts.
• Good leadership and team coordination skills.
• Knowledge of safety practices and ability to enforce them.
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions.
• Basic literacy and communication skills

Qualifications:

• Experience with both residential and commercial construction.
• Previous experience as a lead mistri or foreman on the projects.
