Foreman (Civil)

The Foreman (Civil) position at our company requires an experienced individual with 10-15 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for reviewing master schedules, resource schedules, execution methodologies, milestones, cash flow projections, and budgets for all projects. You will need to monitor progress periodically and ensure effective resource utilization to meet project completion within time and cost parameters. Your role will involve supervising on-site construction activities, providing technical inputs for construction methodologies, and coordinating with site management activities. You will also evaluate contracting works and facilitate coordination among consultants, contractors, and clients. Tracking projects with respect to budgeted costs, demand forecasts, and time overruns will be crucial to ensure timely project execution. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating reports on ongoing project progress, procurement, execution progress, and invoicing status. Negotiating contracts to ensure quality standards and timely project delivery will also be part of your responsibilities. It will be essential to ensure that project aims, goals, and objectives are accomplished according to outlined priorities, time limitations, and funding conditions. The ideal candidate for this role should have a Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification, along with significant experience as a foreman in the Real Estate Industry.
