Foreman (Civil)

As a Civil Foreman (Shuttering) based in Pune - Baner, you will be expected to possess educational qualifications of SSC/HSC/Graduate and have a strong technical knowledge in the methodology of various civil execution activities. With 1 to 15 years of work experience, you will play a crucial role in resource planning for shuttering material and manpower, as well as studying drawings to ensure the feasibility of de-shuttering. Your key responsibilities will include the day-to-day supervision of ongoing shuttering activities, controlling wastage of materials such as Wooden chavi, Ply, Patti, Props, steel reinforcement, binding wire, nail, and shuttering oil. You will also be required to work closely with shuttering agencies to maintain the speed and quality of work. In the realm of shuttering, your tasks will involve checking the alignment and levels as per drawings, ensuring the correctness of column and beam sizes, as well as coordinating with senior engineers and stores for material stock. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring wastage control, ensuring completion of work as per shuttering design, and facilitating client inspections after thorough checks. Your role will also entail understanding subcontractor work orders, maintaining material cleanliness, and adhering to working days from Monday to Saturday.
