Foreman (Civil)

Role Overview: As a Foreman (Civil) at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various aspects of construction projects within the Real Estate Industry. Your responsibilities will include reviewing schedules, execution methodologies, budgets, and resource utilization to ensure project completion within specified timelines and cost constraints. You will also be involved in supervising construction activities on-site, providing technical inputs, and coordinating with different stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities: - Review master schedules, resource schedules, and budgets for all projects - Monitor progress periodically and ensure effective resource utilization - Supervise on-site construction activities and provide technical inputs for construction methodologies - Coordinate with site management activities and evaluate contracting works - Facilitate coordination among consultants, contractors, and clients - Track projects with respect to budgeted costs, demand forecasts, and time overruns - Update reports on ongoing project progress, procurement, execution progress, and invoicing status - Negotiate contracts to ensure quality standards and timely project delivery - Ensure project aims, goals, and objectives are accomplished according to outlined priorities, time limitations, and funding conditions Qualifications Required: - Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification - 10-15 years of experience as a foreman in the Real Estate Industry - Immediate joining required If you possess the necessary qualifications and skills for this role, please contact us at hr@prateekgroup.com.
