Football Coach

As a highly responsible football coach, your primary role will be to teach students the basic fundamentals of football through practice sessions, physical training, and constructive feedback aimed at enhancing their skills and performance on the field. Your responsibilities will include instructing athletes in the fundamentals of football during practice sessions and physical training sessions. You will be tasked with mentoring students to instill in them values of sportsmanship and respect for the game. Motivating students to continuously improve will be a key aspect of your role. Ensuring that all necessary sports equipment is readily available and in good working order will be essential. You will also be responsible for maintaining the facilities to guarantee safe playing conditions. In the event of injuries, you will be expected to provide necessary first aid. To contribute to the overall vision and development of the football academy program, you will need to strengthen existing partnerships with other football clubs. Experience in dealing with parents and students will be beneficial for effective communication and engagement. Organizing team-building sessions and activities, fostering good sportsmanship, and monitoring the academic progress of team members will also fall under your purview. Maintaining discipline and conduct among student athletes will be crucial. As part of your role, you will need to demonstrate and break down activities into manageable sequences to help participants develop their skills, knowledge, and techniques. Upholding high legal and ethical standards, especially concerning child safeguarding and health and safety requirements, will be a priority. This is a full-time position requiring at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
