About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Food Technologist with a strong techno-commercial mindset. The role involves meeting B2B clients, understanding their requirements, and developing customised food products and curated hampers for brand launches, employee kits, and festive gifting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and interact with B2B clients to understand product, budget, and customisation needs.
• Develop customised food products and curated hampers aligned with client requirements.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure seamless project execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design solutions across healthy snacks, instant beverages, dry fruits, and nuts.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and feasibility based on food technology principles.

Basic Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in Food Technology or related field.
• Strong understanding of food fundamentals: food preservation, microbiology, ingredients, and processing basics.
• Ability to balance technical feasibility with commercial requirements.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Creative mindset with problem-solving approach.
