Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. A Food Safety Auditor at NKP Empire Ventures will be responsible for conducting food safety audits, ensuring quality assurance, developing and implementing food safety standards, and providing training to staff on food safety protocols. The role involves frequent site inspections, documenting findings, and recommending corrective actions to maintain the highest food safety standards.

Qualifications

Knowledge and experience in Food Technology and Food Science
Strong Auditing and Quality Assurance skills
Ability to deliver effective Training sessions on food safety protocols
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Certifications or accredited training in food safety auditing is an advantage
Experience in the F&B industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
