Food Counter Staff

BeCafe at Sowdambiga Fuels BPCL is looking for enthusiastic Food Counter Staff to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare food and beverages as per the Menu SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Follow detailed preparation instructions from the Menu SOP book for all items
• Serve customers at the counter with a friendly attitude
• Take customer orders and process payments
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café area
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are met
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation

Requirements:

• Ability to read and follow SOP instructions carefully
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Team player with positive attitude
