· Developed content, training delivery schedules, and practical tracker for courses run at centers.
· Centre Management and Facilities Management Ensure availability and maintenance of all tools, equipment, and consumables in all centers as per guidelines. Ensure the timely creation of batches
· Ensure 80% attendance Ensure proper training documentation in centers as per training SDP
· Ensure proper internal and external assessment in all batches. Ensure placement of 100% of candidates by identifying local-level jobs.
· Mobilization of candidates for training programs through various kinds of sales and marketing activities.
· Action plan on reassessment. Ensure SOP compliance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
