Food & Beverage Assistant

Role Overview: As a Food and Beverage Server at The Ritz-Carlton Bangalore, your main responsibility will be to complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. You will need to check with the captain or supervisor before leaving at the end of your shift. Additionally, you will be required to set up, stock, and maintain work areas, stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies, and remove soiled wares from bar top and tables. It is essential to maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas, bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools, following all set-up guidelines.
