Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan / Hisar, Haryana

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and up-to-date instruction in Food & Beverage operations tailored to aviation and cruise standards.
• Create and execute lesson plans, practical sessions, and assessments.
• Provide hands-on training in areas such as food service, beverage handling, guest etiquette, and international dining protocols.
• Guide students through the professional expectations of the F&B industry, especially in airline and cruise contexts.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate them into teaching methodology.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Culinary Arts or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant industry experience in the Food & Beverage department, preferably in aviation, cruise lines, or high-end hospitality settings.
• Prior teaching or training experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
• Passion for mentoring and grooming young professionals for careers in hospitality and travel.
