Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic Food & Beverage Servers who can deliver exceptional guest service with speed, adaptability, and confidence. This role requires individuals who take initiative, think on their feet, and go beyond “order taking” to create memorable dining moments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests with warmth and fluent English communication.
• Take and serve orders with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Anticipate guest needs and adapt quickly to requests or changes.
• Upsell menu items and enhance the dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.
• Maintain hygiene, grooming, and service standards at all times.

Requirements

• Prior F&B service experience preferred (resort background a plus).
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Positive, guest-first mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Energetic, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Only doers — if you wait for instructions every time, this role is not for you.
