Key Responsibilities:
* Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements.
* Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and serve promptly.
* Ensure tables, cutlery, and service areas are clean and set.
* Coordinate with kitchen and bar for order processing.
* Refill water, beverages, and attend to guest needs during service.
* Assist in buffet setup, clearance, and service.
* Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
* Ensure accurate billing and table closing.
* Support supervisors in daily operations.
* Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials.
