About the Role We’re looking for a Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build and drive our B2B sales pipeline. You’ll own prospecting, cold outreach, and qualifying leads while working directly with the founders to shape our go-to-market engine. This is a high-energy role for someone who thrives under pressure and wants to be part of an early-stage rocket ship. Role Responsibilities Research and identify potential B2B customers (HR tech, SaaS, etc.) Execute cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns Qualify inbound and outbound leads, book meetings, and hand over to founders Manage and track leads using CRM tools Refine messaging and outreach strategies with the founding team Required Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or SDR roles Strong communication skills (spoken and written) Proven experience with prospecting, cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar) Resilient, high-energy, and comfortable working long hours in a fast-paced startup Good to Have Familiarity with sales engagement tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Outreach, etc.) SaaS or HR tech sales background

About the Role As the Founding Engineer at Fomogo, you’ll be part of the core team building our product from scratch. We’re looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in React.js and Node.js, and the grit to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment. Role Responsibilities Build and ship core product features using React.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend) Work closely with the founders on product design, fast iterations, and scaling features Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code Own features end-to-end with accountability and speed Be ready to put in the hours and energy required at the early stage Required Qualifications Strong working knowledge of React.js and Node.js Familiarity with Postgres (database design, queries, performance basics) Problem-solving mindset Preferred Qualifications Ability to work independently and under pressure Resilient, ownership-driven, and willing to go the extra mile Good to Have Experience using AI coding tools like Cursor , GitHub Copilot , etc. Previous startup or early-stage product-building experience
