FOH Associate Barista + Service

Role Overview: As a Barista at our establishment, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages consistently as per recipes. Your role will also involve maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the barista station, operating coffee machines and other bar equipment, managing inventory for beverages and barista supplies, as well as educating customers about the menu and recommending drinks. Additionally, you will be required to greet and seat customers with warmth and professionalism, take food and beverage orders, ensure timely service, serve orders to tables accurately and efficiently, clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and respond to customer feedback promptly. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages consistently as per recipes. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the barista station. - Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other bar equipment. - Manage inventory for beverages and barista supplies. - Educate customers about the menu and recommend drinks. - Greet and seat customers with warmth and professionalism. - Take food and beverage orders and ensure timely service. - Serve orders to tables accurately and efficiently. - Clear tables and reset them for the next guests. - Respond to customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly. Qualification Required: - Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a similar role (as barista/waitstaff).
