FMM Planner

As a Production Planning Manager at WIKA Group, your primary responsibility will involve overseeing and managing the planning, coordination with sales, procurement, and logistics, and control of manufacturing processes. Your goal will be to ensure that products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and meeting the required quality standards. You will develop and implement production schedules based on demand forecasts, order requirements, and inventory levels, while ensuring optimal utilization of resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's in operations management or industrial engineering would be preferred. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and process optimization within a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
