Job Title: Sales Officer – FMCG
Work Location: Krishnagiri
Areas to cover : Should cover entire Tamil Nadu
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Officer to manage and expand our FMCG business through existing distributors. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring effective distributor management, and covering the entire Tamil Nadu region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing distributors across Tamil Nadu.
• Drive secondary sales through effective territory coverage and distributor engagement.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure proper stock availability, order placement, and timely collections.
• Conduct market visits to monitor retail execution, competitor activities, and market trends.
• Support distributors with trade promotions, schemes, and visibility initiatives.
• Travel extensively across Tamil Nadu to ensure business coverage.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably with distributor handling.
• Strong knowledge of Tamil Nadu market and FMCG distribution network.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
