The ideal candidate should be skilled in building scalable, secure applications while leading technical decisions and ensuring UI excellence. Primary Skills (Must-Have) Flutter/Dart Strong expertise in Flutter framework and Dart programming. State Management Proficiency in BLoC/Redux for managing app states. Firebase Services Experience with Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions, and Real-time Database. Cloud Architecture Ability to design scalable and secure backend solutions. Security Implementation Knowledge of app security best practices. UI/UX Mastery Ability to craft pixel-perfect and highly responsive UI. Technical Leadership Experience leading teams and making architectural decisions. Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have) RESTful APIs & GraphQL Backend Development (Node.js/ Python/Go) CI/CD Pipelines & DevOps Docker & Kubernetes Performance Optimization & Debugging Unit & Integration Testing Role & Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter.
