Flutter Developer

Title: Flutter Developer

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Flutter Developer to join our mobile development team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building high-performance, high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver scalable, elegant, and user-friendly mobile apps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
  Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code.
• Work with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries for integration.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and memory footprint.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to understand user requirements.
• Follow Agile/Scrum development processes.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 15 years of mobile development experience, with at least 1–2 years in Flutter.
  Strong understanding of Dart programming language.
• Experience with State Management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, GetX).
• Solid grasp of mobile development concepts including UI/UX, offline storage, background processing, and push notifications.
• Experience integrating mobile apps with REST APIs and Firebase.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Published one or more apps in the Play Store/App Store (preferred).
  

Good to Have (Optional):

• Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Obj-C).
• Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, etc.).
• Knowledge of unit testing and UI testing in Flutter.
  

Experience with analytics tools like Firebase Analytics or Mixpanel.
