Title: Flutter Developer We are seeking a skilled and passionate Flutter Developer to join our mobile development team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building high-performance, high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver scalable, elegant, and user-friendly mobile apps. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart. Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code. Work with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries for integration. Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and memory footprint. Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications. Collaborate with product and design teams to understand user requirements. Follow Agile/Scrum development processes. Required Skills and Qualifications: 15 years of mobile development experience, with at least 1–2 years in Flutter. Strong understanding of Dart programming language. Experience with State Management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, GetX). Solid grasp of mobile development concepts including UI/UX, offline storage, background processing, and push notifications. Experience integrating mobile apps with REST APIs and Firebase. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. Published one or more apps in the Play Store/App Store (preferred). Good to Have (Optional): Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Obj-C). Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, etc.). Knowledge of unit testing and UI testing in Flutter. Experience with analytics tools like Firebase Analytics or Mixpanel.
