Job Title: Flutter Developer Experience: 0.6 3 Years Location: Nagpur, Pune Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and skilled Flutter Developer with 6 months to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of mobile app development using Flutter and Dart , along with a deep understanding of UI/UX principles , API integration , security best practices , and cloud-based deployment . Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart . Create responsive and intuitive UI/UX following modern design standards. Implement secure coding practices , including secure data storage and transmission. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries. Manage and implement state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod). Utilize version control systems like Git for collaborative development. Deploy applications to cloud platforms such as Firebase , Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , or App Engine . Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality. Stay current with emerging mobile development trends and technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: 0.6 to 3 years of professional experience in Flutter and Dart development Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and mobile app design. Hands-on experience with API integration and data handling. Knowledge of mobile app security and secure coding practices. Proficiency in state management (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod). Familiarity with version control tools such as Git/GitHub. Exposure to cloud-based deployment , preferably Firebase or GCP (App Engine) . Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Nice to Have: Experience with native Android or iOS development. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps. Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
