Flutter Developer

Key Responsibilities

- Define and lead the technical vision and roadmap for Flutter-based eCommerce and marketplace mobile applications.

- Design scalable architectures for Flutter applications supporting eCommerce workflows such as product catalogs, vendor management, and checkout.

- Lead efforts to build reusable libraries and components that align with eCommerce best practices.

- Guide integration efforts with third-party services, APIs, and backend systems like payment gateways, inventory, martech, and supply chain platforms.

- Ensure mobile app scalability, performance, and reliability, particularly in high-traffic environments.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor senior and mid-level engineers, and foster a culture of technical excellence.

- Partner with product and business stakeholders to align technical strategies with business goals.

- Stay ahead of mobile development trends, especially in Flutter and eCommerce/multichannel environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years of leadership in Flutter development for eCommerce/multivendor platforms.

- Proven expertise in architecting and scaling Flutter applications for high-traffic eCommerce environments.

- Strong proficiency in integrating APIs, payment gateways, and logistics systems into Flutter applications.

- Deep knowledge of mobile app performance optimization, CI/CD pipelines, and mobile app monitoring tools.

- Strong knowledge of state management and design patterns (Bloc, Riverpod, Redux).

- Experience with AI/ML integration for personalized recommendations and dynamic pricing strategies.

- Proficiency in native app development (iOS/Android) for advanced use cases such as hybrid app interaction, device-specific features (e.g., camera, GPS), and optimizing app performance across platforms.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, and custom marketplaces.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and serverless architectures.

- Exposure to multi-currency, multi-language, and internationalization in eCommerce.

- Experience with advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making for mobile applications.
