Job DescriptionMobile Application Developer – Flutter (Fresher)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher Flutter Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Flutter/Dart and a keen interest in building high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of mobile applications using the Flutter framework.
• Work closely with senior developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and backend teams to understand requirements and implement features.
• Integrate mobile applications with backend services and REST APIs under guidance.
• Participate in code reviews, bug fixing, and performance optimization.
• Follow coding standards, best practices, and documentation guidelines.
• Learn and adapt to new technologies and tools as required by the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or final-year students can also apply).
• 0–1 year of experience or hands-on project/internship experience in Flutter development.
• Basic understanding of Flutter (Dart) and mobile application development concepts.
• Familiarity with Android and iOS app lifecycle.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and basic backend integration.
• Exposure to Git / version control systems.
• Basic understanding of databases (PostgreSQL or any relational DB) is a plus.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Flutter (Dart)
• Basic knowledge of Native Android / iOS
• Basics of Java / JavaScript / C / C++
• Familiarity with Spring Boot (basic understanding)
• Git / Azure DevOps (basic exposure)
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹98,665.06 - ₹118,822.44 per year

Experience:
