Flutter Developer

You are seeking a highly motivated and security-conscious Flutter Developer with 2+ years of experience to join the core engineering team. Your role will involve developing high-security, high-performance mobile applications handling sensitive financial data with a focus on code quality, system robustness, and exceptional user experience in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and deploy secure, high-performance cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter and Dart. - Translate complex financial workflows and UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable Flutter widgets with a focus on transactional integrity and UX fidelity. - Implement and maintain robust application state management (e.g., BLoC, Riverpod) to ensure data consistency, reliability, and separation of concerns. - Integrate mobile applications with secure, encrypted backend services via RESTful or gRPC APIs and implement mechanisms for secure token handling, encryption, and authentication. - Write clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code, prioritize unit and integration tests, and participate in code reviews focusing on security vulnerabilities and performance. - Optimize app performance for speed and responsiveness, especially during high-volume data operations and real-time transaction processing. - Collaborate with compliance and security teams to ensure the application meets all regulatory standards. Qualifications and Skills: - 2+ years of professional experience in mobile application development, with at least 2 years dedicated to Flutter and Dart. - Experience working on applications handling sensitive user data or financial transactions. - Strong understanding of mobile security best practices, technical proficiency in Dart programming language and Flutter SDK, and hands-on experience with state management solutions like BLoC/Cubit or Riverpod. - Strong experience integrating with external APIs, understanding of JSON/data serialization, high attention to detail, and accountability. Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills: - Experience with biometric authentication implementation in Flutter, familiarity with tokenization, key management, and secure storage, experience with analytics and crash reporting, prior experience with CI/CD tools for mobile deployment, knowledge of Native iOS/Android development.
