Floor Quality Inspector (FQI) – Royal Enfield Service

We are hiring an experienced Floor Quality Inspector (FQI) to ensure every serviced motorcycle is delivered with proper quality checks. The role also includes basic floor supervision like job follow-up, coordination with technicians, and smooth workshop workflow.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Quality Inspection

Inspect motorcycles after service completion

Check if customer complaints are resolved properly

Conduct test rides to identify any remaining issues

Check washing, cleaning & accessories fitment

Coordinate rework if fault found during inspection

Maintain delivery quality and customer satisfaction

Follow up on ongoing jobs and ensure timely completion

Coordinate with Service Advisor & Parts counter

Guide technicians when needed and maintain discipline

Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness & proper workflow

Support on-time vehicle delivery to customers

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years experience in two-wheeler workshop

Must be able to test-ride and identify faults

Knowledge of periodic service and job card process

Good communication and customer handling skills

Disciplined and responsible approach to work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
