Floor Coordinator- Rajkot

• Role Objective
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly patients’ footfall, consult, registration, file, and ET data with proper remarks.
• Responsible to increase visitors/footfall for center to achieve monthly files and ET target.
• Achieve visitors to conversion ratio as per group target/standard.
• Counsel and convert ONLY consult/registered patient to file.
• Resolving patients’ complaints and ensuring patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing team in planning and implementing marketing activities.
• Coordinate with various departments which includes HR, Marketing, MRD/ Reception, MIS, Maintenance, OT etc.
• Optimizing patients' satisfaction by reducing waiting time, ensuring cleanliness and staff courtesy.
• Keep a check on PCPNDT appointments and ensuring patients visit timely.
• Ensuring proper flow of file movement from reception till exit of patient.
• Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties, answering patients' questions; maintaining the reception area.
• Ensuring availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
• Helping patients in distress by responding to emergencies.
• Protecting patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
• Maintaining operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Maintaining and securing all written and electronic medical records within a medical records department.
• Ensuring information contained in the record is complete, accurate and only available to authorized personnel.

Completing medical record by reviewing information, notifying record deficiencies, tracking outstanding records etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
