Floor Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the assigned floor(s).
• Ensure timely admission, transfer, and discharge of patients in coordination with the admission and billing departments.
• Act as a link between nursing staff, doctors, and hospital administration for effective communication and service delivery.
• Monitor patient satisfaction, attend to queries and grievances promptly.
• Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and patient safety standards on the floor.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hospital protocols.
• Support and assist during emergency situations and audits.

Job Specification:

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (Preferably in Healthcare, Hospital Management, or Nursing).
• Candidates with a Diploma/Degree in Hospital Management or Nursing background will be preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 24 years of experience in hospital operations, patient services, or nursing coordination role (preferably in a reputed hospital).

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Sound understanding of hospital workflow and patient handling protocols.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital information systems (HIS).
• Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shifts.
