Job Description:

We are looking for Customer Support Executives with excellent communication skills to assist customers with travel-related queries including bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and general support. The role involves handling inbound calls, emails, and chat interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and refunds
• Provide support for domestic & international travel queries
• Handle post-sales support, including itinerary issues and complaints
• Coordinate with airlines and internal departments to resolve issues
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel / International BPO industry preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with GDS (Amadeus) is a plus
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
• Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach

Job Location: Paschim Vihar
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (based on experience)
