1. Entry Enquiry on CRM Softaware and send qouation to clients.       2.Daily Flight Booking.3.Handle customers query and give solutions.4.Acheive flight targets .5.Provide proper billing to accountant through CRM .6.cooordinate with Package department.7. Provide Best Service to VIP Clients.                            8.Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.9. Diagnose the clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services10.Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets , web check in , Meal , seat slection , guidline etc.11. Collect deposits and balances12. Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns or credit note.13.Attend conferences to maintain familiarity with tourism trends.14.Create and update electronic records of clientsMaintain relationships with key persons                   15. Ensure Travel invoices are checked prior processing for payments.                                              16. Manage and Negotiate with Suppliers .
