Role Description

Flight Sales Agent (PPC)

As a Flight Sales Agent, you will:

• Handle incoming PPC leads and customer inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service & manage end-to-end flight bookings
• Achieve monthly sales targets & generate revenue through upselling

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent

  communication & interpersonal skills

• Proven sales background

  (preferably in travel bookings)
• Basic knowledge of

  travel insurance

  & GDS (Amadeus) a plus
• Strong

  problem-solving & customer service

  abilities
• Attention to detail & ability to work under pressure

• Experience in Travel Sales / PPC Calls

  highly desirable
