Provide Level 1 / Level 2 support for Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking application
Monitor daily banking operations, EOD/BOD processes, and batch jobs
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues related to FLEXCUBE modules
Support retail, corporate, and/or Islamic banking modules as applicable
Handle incident, problem, and service request management through ticketing tools
Coordinate with Oracle or third-party vendors for complex issue resolution
Perform data analysis, validations, and minor configuration changes
Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
Assist in UAT, regression testing, and production deployments
Prepare and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security policies, and audit requirements
