FLEX PRINTING (TRAINEE)

Machine Operation and Setup:

• Assisting with machine setup:This involves learning to prepare the printing press for different jobs, including setting up the printing plates, adjusting ink and material settings, and ensuring proper alignment.
• Monitoring print quality:Trainees observe the printing process, checking for any errors, color inconsistencies, or other issues. They learn to identify and report problems to the supervisor or experienced operator.
• Troubleshooting:As they gain experience, trainees may assist with minor troubleshooting and maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation.

Material and Inventory Management:

• Ink and material handling:Trainees learn to handle and manage inks, solvents, and other materials used in the flex printing process. This includes proper storage, mixing, and loading of materials.
• Inventory tracking:They may assist in tracking inventory levels of materials, ensuring sufficient stock is available for upcoming jobs.

Safety and Maintenance:

• Maintaining a safe work environment:Trainees follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and hazard-free workspace.
• Routine maintenance:They learn to perform basic maintenance tasks on the printing equipment, such as cleaning and lubricating parts, under the guidance of experienced operators.
• Following procedures:Trainees adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
