Job Description

Job Profile - Flex Printing operator Location - Partapur (Meerut) Salary- 20k Experience required - 2year + Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate flex printing machines (eco-solvent, solvent, UV, etc.) Understand print job requirements from design files (CorelDRAW, Photoshop, PDF, etc.) Calibrate machine settings such as resolution, print speed, and media type Perform regular cleaning and basic maintenance of the machine Monitor printing process and troubleshoot print errors (e.g., color mismatches, misalignments) Ensure quality control of prints and minimize material wastage Load and unload media like flex, vinyl, canvas, and fabric materials Report machine issues to the maintenance or technical team Coordinate with the design and finishing teams to meet deadlines Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience operating flex printing machines (2+ years preferred) Familiarity with printing software and RIP software (e.g., ONYX, PhotoPRINT) Ability to identify and solve basic mechanical and software issues Knowledge of materials and inks used in large-format printing Attention to detail and quality control Physically fit to handle heavy media rolls and work in production settings Preferred Qualifications: ITI or Diploma in Printing Technology (optional but preferred) Knowledge of color profiles and media types Experience with lamination and cutting machines is a plus Send your resume @ 8439277155, 8279756611 Mail your resume at - hr@careerplus-jobs.com Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
