Job Title: Flex Banner Printing Machine Operator Location: Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore – 560054 Department: Printing / Production Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience) Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Flex Banner Printing Machine Operator to join our production team. The candidate should have experience operating large-format flex printing machines and should be capable of managing print jobs with accuracy, speed, and consistent quality. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain flex banner printing machines as per production requirements. Load and align media (flex, vinyl, etc.) correctly to avoid wastage. Set print parameters and ensure proper ink levels, resolution, and media handling. Monitor print output for quality, clarity, and color accuracy. Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of machines to avoid breakdowns. Troubleshoot basic operational issues and report major faults to the technical team. Coordinate with the design and finishing teams for smooth job flow. Candidate Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of experience in operating flex printing machines. Familiarity with solvent/eco-solvent inks and media types used in banner printing. Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW or print-ready file handling is an advantage. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward quality control. Ability to manage multiple print jobs under tight deadlines. Work Schedule: 9-hour shift (timing flexible depending on production schedule). Willing to work overtime when required, especially during high-demand periods.
