Fitting Trail Model-Female

Join our dynamic Design Team as a Fitting Model & Design Support Trainee! As a Fitting Model, you will play a crucial role in fit trials by serving as a standard body reference for ongoing styles. Your valuable feedback on comfort, fit, and garment movement during sessions will contribute to the overall design process. Additionally, you will collaborate with pattern/sampling teams to provide insights on pinning, ease, balance, and fit corrections. Punctuality and maintaining physical standards are essential aspects of this role. In the Design Support aspect, you will have the opportunity to assist in trend research, fabric sourcing, and creating reference boards. Your responsibilities will also include organizing seasonal samples, supporting print/trim development, and participating in internal design meetings and fittings to gain exposure and learning experiences. We are seeking individuals with a keen interest in fashion design and garment construction, strong observation and feedback skills, and a reliable, punctual, and eager-to-learn attitude. Students or recent graduates from a fashion/apparel background are preferred for this role. This is a full-time position located in Ludhiana, Punjab, with a Day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and prior experience as a trail model for at least 1 year is advantageous. The application deadline is 14/07/2025.
