Responsibilities Design and execute customized workout plans tailored to individual needs. Conduct both one-on-one and group training sessions effectively. Provide clients with comprehensive guidance on correct exercise techniques, form, and nutritional recommendations. Monitor client progress diligently and make necessary adjustments to their programs. Foster a supportive and encouraging workout environment to keep clients motivated. Requirements Hold a valid certification as a Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent). Prior experience of 1 year or more in the training field is preferred. Possess strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others. Demonstrate a genuine passion for fitness and a desire to help individuals achieve their goals. Capable of modifying workouts to suit varying fitness levels.
