Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Fitness Trainer role located in Bengaluru. The Fitness Trainer will be responsible for creating and leading group exercise sessions, personalized fitness training, and offering expert fitness instruction. Key responsibilities include monitoring members progress, ensuring proper use of equipment, and providing a safe and motivating environment. The role also involves engaging with members to provide excellent customer service and maintaining the gym's positive and supportive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in Group Exercise and Fitness Training
• Expertise in Fitness Instruction and knowledge of the Fitness Industry
• Proven ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and build positive client relationships
• Relevant fitness certifications are required (e.g., ACE, ISSA, NASM, or equivalent)
• Strong communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and guide individuals towards achieving their fitness goals
• Passion for fitness and promoting healthy lifestyles
