As a Fitness Trainer at TriumphPro, your role involves leading group exercise sessions, providing individual fitness instruction, and developing customized training plans. You will engage with clients to understand their fitness goals, create a supportive environment, and ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead group exercise sessions - Provide individual fitness instruction - Develop customized training plans - Engage with clients to understand their fitness goals - Maintain a supportive environment - Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities Qualifications Required: - Certification or Diploma in Fitness Management, Aerobics, Physiotherapy, Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Skating, Taekwondo, or as a Group Fitness/Gym Instructor - Physical Education graduates and Physiotherapists interested in fitness instruction are also welcome - Skills in group exercise and fitness instruction - Proficiency in fitness training and familiarity with the fitness industry - Strong customer service skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Experience in a similar role is a plus - Interns, freshers, and experienced professionals are all welcome to apply,
