Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Fitness Instructor. The Fitness Instructor will be responsible for leading group exercise classes, providing personalized training sessions, and offering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include developing workout plans, demonstrating exercises, and creating a supportive, motivating environment to help members achieve their fitness goals.

Qualifications

• Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction skills
• Personal Training and Fitness Industry experience
• Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Relevant certifications in fitness or personal training
• Experience in working with women-focused fitness programs is a plus
