Fitness Instructor

Job Title: Certified Fitness Instructor (Full-Time)

Location: Kargil Fitness Centre
Shift Timings: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Monday–Saturday) with alternative Sundays off

We are looking for a skilled and certified Fitness Instructor to join our team full-time and contribute to our mission of building a stronger, healthier community.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual workouts and group fitness sessions as per client needs.
• Create customized training programs based on fitness levels and goals.
• Demonstrate safe and effective exercises with proper form.
• Motivate and inspire members to achieve their fitness milestones.
• Maintain a professional and energetic environment inside the gym.
• Provide personal training sessions (with additional incentives).
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards within the training area.

Requirements

• Certification in fitness training from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, anatomy, and nutrition basics.
• Good physique with the ability to lead by example.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate, disciplined, and customer-focused.
• Prior experience as a fitness instructor/trainer preferred.
