Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Fitness Centre Manager to lead our gym operations in Tirunelveli. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of experience as a gym trainer and a strong ability to manage day-to-day operations, boost membership sales, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall gym operations
• Actively work on increasing membership sales
• Handle client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Lead and manage the gym staff team
• Identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and proper equipment maintenance
• Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional attitude

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the fitness industry
