We are seeking an experienced and skilled Fish Butcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cutting, cleaning, filleting, and preparing a variety of seafood with precision and efficiency, while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Butcher and fillet different types of fish and seafood using machines.
• Clean, scale, skin, and debone fish as per specifications.
• Ensure portion control and minimize wastage.
• Operate fish cutting machines safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times

Requirements:

• Prior experience in fish butchery or seafood processing (restaurant or factory setting).
• Skilled in using knives and cutting machines.
• Knowledge of seafood types and handling procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
