Roles and Responsibilities

Pharmacist

field-oriented

Field Management & Customer Engagement

• Actively accompany medical representatives during field visits to hospitals, pharmacies, and wholesalers.
• Meet senior doctors and healthcare professionals regularly to introduce and promote the companys product portfolio.
• Conduct

  small-scale CMEs, product presentations, and group discussions

  with doctors to support product adoption.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key prescribers, pharmacies, and hospital procurement team

Team Leadership & Training

• Provide

  on-field training

  to junior medical representatives (not office-based), by demonstrating effective product detailing, call planning, and conversion techniques.
• Mentor, guide, and monitor performance of the medical representatives to ensure consistent achievement of targets.
• Drive accountability in ensuring 100% coverage of the targeted

  2,000-3,000 doctors in Addis Ababa

  on a monthly basis across assigned divisions.

Data & Market Management

• Ensure

  accurate doctor list management and pharmacy list management

  .
• Track prescription generation and ensure effective

  doctor conversion

  into regular prescribing.
• Submit timely field activity reports and market intelligence updates to management.

Performance & Incentives

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and coverage targets.
• Monitor team KPIs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Eligible for

  based on sales and field execution results.

Working Conditions

• Work Timing:

  8:30 AM 5:30/6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (field based).

• Facilities Provided:

  Lodging, boarding, transport, and travel expenses will be fully covered by the company.

• Incentives:

  Additional performance-based incentives will be offered for consistent target achievement.
