At Medigo – Rapid Care, we are building India’s first integrated platform for rapid emergency response, first aid education, and digital clinic management. Our mission is simple: save lives by bridging the gap between emergencies and care.

We’ve launched our First Aid feature, where anyone can access quick and reliable guidance during emergencies. Now, we are expanding it into structured first aid courses to train individuals, schools, workplaces, and communities.

Role Overview

We are seeking a First Aid Training Specialist to design, validate, and deliver engaging first aid courses for our platform. You will play a critical role in ensuring our first aid content is accurate, practical, and easy-to-learn for everyone — from ordinary citizens to healthcare workers.

This is an opportunity to shape India’s digital-first aid training ecosystem and make a real difference in people’s lives.

Responsibilities

• Design structured first aid training modules (basic to advanced).
• Record short, engaging video lessons for our app & social channels.
• Ensure all training material is aligned with international standards (e.g., Red Cross, AHA).
• Conduct live online/offline training sessions occasionally.
• Collaborate with the product & content team to publish interactive and easy-to-understand resources.
• Stay updated with best practices in emergency care & first aid protocols.

Requirements

• Certification as a First Aid Trainer / EMT / Paramedic / Nurse / Emergency Care Professional.
• Prior experience in conducting first aid workshops or training.
• Strong communication skills (English and preferably local Indian languages).
• Comfortable with being on camera to record short videos.
• Passion for healthcare, education, and saving lives.

Nice to Have

• Affiliation with recognized organizations (e.g., Red Cross, St. John Ambulance, Emergency Medicine Society).
• Experience in creating digital learning content.
• Ability to design certification programs.
