Firmware engineer

• We are seeking a skilled Firmware Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in embedded systems development. The ideal candidate will work closely with our hardware team, developing and maintaining high-performance firmware that integrates seamlessly with hardware components. This role involves troubleshooting, optimizing, and ensuring efficient firmware functionality while contributing to comprehensive documentation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain firmware for embedded systems, ensuring efficient and reliable performance.
• Collaborate closely with hardware engineers to integrate firmware with hardware components, including

  Raspberry Pi.

• Conduct rigorous testing and debugging to ensure robust firmware functionality.
• Optimize firmware and

• Document firmware designs, updates, and development processes.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance firmware and Python development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring consistent system performance.
• Participate in design reviews, contributing insights to support development processes.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align on project goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in firmware development for embedded systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and Python.
• Experience in firmware optimization, debugging, and hardware integration, particularly with Raspberry Pi.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaboration software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and communicate technical information clearly.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Python and Raspberry Pi.
