Job Summary: The International Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales of mechanical engineering products/services to clients across various international markets. The role requires identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring the company's sales targets and objectives are met. The candidate should possess a strong technical background in mechanical engineering, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of global markets. Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and industry trends in target international markets. Analyze customer needs and market demands to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Sales & Business Development: Identify, contact, and develop relationships with prospective clients to promote and sell mechanical engineering products/services. Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers to showcase product features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales deals and achieve sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues. Provide ongoing support to clients, including technical advice, product information, and after-sales service. Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management. Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, budgets, and activity reports. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are met and products are delivered on time. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, participate in trade shows, and organize customer events. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and international trade laws. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical) or a related field + MBA in International Business will have advantage. Experience: 3+ years of experience in international sales, preferably in the mechanical engineering or manufacturing sector. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and products. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools. Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as required.
